Everybody But You Bro Open Mic

Join Eyes Up Here Comedy & Modelface Comedy for the premiere open mic for the rest of us -- Everybody But You Bro is a comedy mic for women, non-binary, and femme folks to take the stage and tell jokes -- up to 5 minutes.
This is a queer and trans-inclusive mic.
We don’t punch down y’all!
Sign ups at 6pm and shows starts at 6:30pm and it’s show up and go up!
All are welcome for the audience, however hecklers will be asked to leave

Ever wanted to try stand up comedy? Have you been going to the open mics and looking for advice to get to the next level? Or maybe just looking for other femme and queer friends interested in comedy.
Come out to Catawba Brewing South Slope on Sunday 4/14 for a one day workshop let by Erin Terry of Eyes Up Here Comedy!
Open to all femme and non-binary identifying people and all comedy levels

Touring and Booking workshop

Melissa Hahn from Modelface Comedy will be leading a workshop on touring and how to get the most from your booking emails
A one time workshop on how to start booking your own tours, how to send a booking email that will get actual replies and other general information to help you start booking and performing in other scenes. Even if you have been touring already this will be a helpful boost and a chance to ask all the questions you want.
This workshop is free, but donations are greatly appreciated
Melissa's bio
Melissa Hahn books and promotes live comedy in Asheville, NC, around the South East and NYC as Modelface Comedy. She runs shows and mics 5+ nights a week and has produced nearly 20 comedy specials, including 'Joyride' with Bobcat Goldthwait and Dana Gould and most recently 'Cult Classic' with Joe Zimmerman.
Melissa started producing stand up with the Asheville Comedy Festival, which she has recently stepped down from, focusing on exciting projects soon to be announced for 2025!
