Hailing from the desert southwest, Juan Holladay started out a progressive folk artist, based in Tucson, Arizona. He moved to Western North Carolina in 2001 and began exploring r&b / soul / quiet storm genres, continuing in the tradition of 'three chords and the truth'--but, with more chords, and more truth. In addition to working with his own band, the Secret B-Sides, Juan performs side-man duties for regional acts, including the award winning Secret Agent 23 Skidoo and Billy Jonas Band. Recently, Juan plays more solo sets in his special 'cosmic lounge lizard' style.
